New in SMSF Sorted 2.5
We have introduced an exciting new
financial workpapers feature to SMSF Sorted. As part of this initial release, workpapers will be available for Property, GST reconciliation, and Tax reconciliation
These will save accountants and administrators hours in preparing work papers each year. Easy accessibility within SMSF Sorted means various stakeholders within the firm can collaborate. For this initial release, Workpapers will only be available for funds loaded from Class.
We have prepared a number of articles to assist you with this new feature. Please see links below.
For funds already loaded onto SMSF Sorted, you will need to reimport the Lead Schedule to access the relevant workpaper.
Also, note that the GST workpaper will only be applicable if the fund is registered for GST within Class, and similarly Property workpaper will only be present if the fund owns direct property.

We look forward to your feedback on this new feature as this will help us to enhance the workpapers feature in future releases.
Previously released updates
Since our last release, we have deployed a couple of minor changes to the labels used in some areas of the system. Most notably, the Generate Workpapers and Download Workpapers buttons on the job dashboard have been renamed Generate Sorted File and Download Sorted File, to avoid confusion with our new Workpapers feature mentioned above.
Similarly, from the Statement of Financial Position or Operating Statement pages, the labels used on the left sidebar have been renamed Financial Reports (previously Workpapers) and Additional Financial Reports, previously just Reports.
