Release Contents

This latest release of SMSF Sorted delivers several new features including the ability to receive Audit Engagement & Trustee Representation letter templates from audit firms using our Cloudoffis Auditomation product, along with new integration with Docusign to allow these letters to be shared with trustees for digital signing. These changes along with several other updates are outlined below.

New in SMSF Sorted 3.0

  1. Template sharing from auditors using Cloudoffis Auditomation. This will allow firms to generate letters such as Audit Engagement letters in bulk for multiple funds using their auditor's preferred template.
  2. Ability to receive post-audit reports and letters from your connected auditor
  3. Docusign integration This exciting new integration will make sharing of documents for signing easier, more secure, and quicker.
  4. Improved process for uploading additional documents to auditors after initial submission to audit doing away with the need to attach documents to auditors queries.
  5. Enhanced document visibility for firms that outsource their work to SMSF Sorted subscribed business. Such firms will now have read-only access to the following DMS folders for jobs:
    1. Permanent
    2. Prior Year
    3. Additional Documents
