Introduction

We are happy to announce the latest SMSF Sorted release v3.5. This release covers below important topics:

Prepared By & Reviewed By Checkbox Selection at Heading Level

  1. We have enabled the selection of the Prepared By and Reviewed By check boxes at the heading level. This will help users complete the end-level line items of a particular heading by selecting the check box enabled at the heading level.
  2. Example: If Shares in Listed Companies are held under a wrap account and the user wants to complete the Prepared By check box of all line items in one go, he can do that just by selecting the checkbox available on Shares in Listed Companies heading.

AI Bank Statements

  1. Bank Statements are now supported under the AI feature. 
  2. Users can upload bank statements and run AI on them which will then identify the bank statements, extract the below information from them and automatically check the data entered in Class Super:
    1. Account Holder Details
    2. Opening Balance
    3. Closing Balance
    4. Interest Income Received
  3. The bank statement will be automatically tagged on the bank line item.

One PDF Referenced Workpaper File

  1. The Sorted workpaper file can now be generated into a single PDF file. The file will cover the different sections of workpapers, auto-tagged reports and all supporting docs in it.
  2. The tagged documents can be opened by clicking the WP icon available on the line items in workpaper file and clicking on the bookmark icon in the supporting document will redirect the user back to the line items. This makes the Sorted Referenced workpaper file user-friendly as the links work within the single PDF file itself. This hence will remove the clunkiness of opening the workpaper file separately in Google Chrome.

Manage Notification Preferences

  1. Manage Notification is a new feature to customise notification settings. With this feature, you can choose the activities for which you do not want to receive an E-mail or Portal notification.

Document Renaming Option

With this release we have added an option with which users can rename the docs uploaded in Sorted. The renaming option is available for all docs except the auto tagged Class reports.
