Workflow Dashboard & ATO Command Centre (Beta)
Introduction
We’re excited to introduce powerful new enhancements designed to improve visibility, collaboration, and efficiency across your practice.
With the launch of the new Workflow Module and the ATO Command Centre, you can now manage jobs, ATO due dates and ATO communications more effectively from a single platform.
Workflow Module
This new feature allows firms to create and customise workflows and statuses based on their internal requirements. This will provide firms with an even more efficient workflow and consistency within Workpapers Sorted.
Key capabilities:
- Design workflows that reflect your end-to-end job process
- Assign and reassign jobs between preparers and reviewers
- Track job progress across different workflow stages
- Improve visibility and collaboration within teams
Workflow Dashboard Features
The Workflow Dashboard offers two ways to manage and monitor jobs;
1. Kanban View
The Kanban View provides a visual representation of all jobs grouped by workflow stages.
The workflow stages include-
- Pre Job
- In Progress
- Review
- Completed
- Deleted
Each stage is displayed in a separate column, making it easy to track the movement and progress of jobs.
When you hover over or expand a job card, additional job information and actions become available.
Expanded cards can display:
- Entity Type
- Group Name
- Due Date
- Preparer
- Reviewer
This allows users to quickly review important job details without opening the job itself.
Each job includes quick-access action menus that allow users to perform additional tasks directly from the Workflow Dashboard.
Available actions include:
- Add Notes
- Edit Assignee
- Upload Documents
- View Documents
- Delete Job
Users can add notes directly against a job from the Workflow Dashboard.
2. List View
The List View provides a more structured and detailed layout for reviewing and managing jobs.
This view is useful when you want to:
Review larger volumes of jobs
Access information in a compact layout
Sort and filter jobs more efficiently
