Enhancements

1. Labels - These provide a flexible tool to index your audit jobs, once indexed we have added filter and reporting opting to suit. more info
   
2. Automated comments - For those checklist items that generally have the same comment added each year. more info
   
3. Automated OCR Function - We have added a default that will automatically process our OCR converter, this default can be overridden. more info
   
4. Remap - We have added the functionality to remap any manually mapped items. more info
   
5. Third-Party Involvement & Confidentiality - As per ATO requirement, we have added the below paragraph within our system-generated Engagement Letter to disclose Cloudoffis as a 3rd party software provider. Most clients clone our system-generated templates to add headers and footers which means this will not automatically update. You can copy from the system generated Engagement Letter and paste it within your customised version. This will be demonstrated in the release webinar as this may cause a format conflict for some users and require tweaking.
   

1. Exclude Review Points - Additional option to exclude review points from the Audit File Summary during generation. Include is set as default.
   

Fixes/Improvements

1. Comment AutoSave. Once you click out of a comment box the comment will now autosave, this renders the save button irrelevant but we have left it as active for those who want to click out of habit and new users (this may change in future)
   
2. Permanent Document logic update - For SMSF Sorted jobs submitted for audit only. 
   
1. The first year's permanent documents will auto-populate directly from Sorted and the auditor can remove or add more from the Permanent Document Folder. 
   
2. The second year's permanent documents will auto-populate as per the prior year's Permanent Document Folder saved by the audit team, any documents added to the Permanent folder in Sorted will be sent within the unsorted folder.
   
3. Maximum Document size introduction - The previous 600 page limit has been removed and a 50MB size maximum has been introduced. more info
   

We understand this is a busy period and you may not have time to review all of this information straight away. With the exception of Auto OCR, the majority of this release will not impact your day-to-day process in Cloudoffis, most of these enhancements require you to take action before changes are implemented or even noticed by users.
