How to Clear Cache and Cookies

Introduction

When new features or enhancements are released, there’s a chance that you might encounter some unexpected behavior. To ensure everything runs smoothly, a simple solution is to clear your browser cache and cookies. This refreshes the browser's stored data, helping to enhance your experience. Follow the steps below to clear your cache.

Clear Cache and Cookies from Browser History

Step 1: Click on the three-dot icon from the top right section of your browser and select Delete Browsing Data.

Step 2: Make sure you select Cookies and Other Site data and Cached images and files. Now click on Delete data.

Once the cache is cleared, you can continue working on the Cloudoffis Portal seamlessly. If the unexpected behavior persists, please reach out to our support team at support@cloudoffis.com.aufor further assistance.
