Importing Prior Year Checklist

Introduction

This new feature will allow you to Import the Prior Year Plan Checklist. This import will include the Comments and Completion statuses of the Plan Checklist. Documents will be only included if they have been roll forwarded. This feature is to avoid re-work while working on the plan checklist. You can choose, if you want to import the prior year checklist just for Permanent, Preliminary File Set Up or Financial Report Program. You can select any one, two, or all three of them to import the prior year checklist.

How to Import Prior Year Checklist

Step 1: Click on Audit > Manage Jobs > My Audit Jobs and select the relevant job to reach to the fund dashboard.

Step 2: Now click on Plan > Permanent > Three dot icon and select Import Prior Year Checklist option from there.

Step 3: From the appearing page, select the checklists for which you want to import the prior year data for and click on Import.

Step 4: All the comments and completion status will be imported to the current year checklist from the prior year. This will include the Checklist Completion Status and Comments.

Note: If you have made any changes in the prior year checklist, you can follow the same process to reflect the changes in the current year.
