Introduction

We’re thrilled to bring two powerful updates to enhance your workflow and collaboration!
  1. Previously, jobs could only be created from the Sorted Enterprise portal while working in an Administrator and Accounting Firm ( Sorted Enterprise ) environment. With this latest update, you can now create jobs directly from the Sorted Basic portal as well, giving you more flexibility and efficiency.
  2. Additionally, we’ve introduced an Internal Comments feature within External Queries, allowing your team members to add private, summarised comments that are only visible to internal staff, making collaboration more streamlined and secure.

  1. Job Creation in Sorted Basic: Users can now create new jobs directly from the Sorted Basic portal, enhancing accessibility and efficiency. Click here to know more.
