Permanent Folder for Documents

Permanent Folder for Documents

Introduction

Some documents in SMSF (like the Trust Deed, Investment Strategy, Pension Establishment docs, Minutes, and Title Search) don’t change often. Instead of uploading them every year, you can move them to the Permanent folder in DMS. Once added, these documents will automatically carry forward to future jobs until removed—saving you time and effort.

How to move documents to Permanent Folder

When a document is uploaded, it first appears in the Unsorted folder. Here’s how to move it to the Permanent folder:
Step 1: Go to DMS and select the relevant Fund.
Step 2: Click on the Unsorted folder.
