Introduction

True One Click Job Transfer to Auditor

1. Sorted Lite users after preparing the workpapers in Sorted Lite can now submit the job to their auditors directly from Sorted Lite.
   
2. It doesn’t matter if their auditor is using Cloudoffis or not. Accountants from Sorted Lite can send a connect invitation to their auditors and using that link, auditor can create their own Auditomation Basic Portal where they can download up to 50 files in a year with hyperlinks to supporting docs.
   
3. If the auditor uses the paid version of Auditomation; they gets the supporting docs tagged against line items and they can finalise their audit using full features available in their paid portal.
   
4. To support this flow a Sorted Basic Portal is also created for Sorted Lite users at the time of activating Sorted Lite in Class. From their Sorted Basic, accountants can track the progress of audit and collaborate with their Cloudoffis auditors using query module, report templates and other features.

Tag & Save and Save Only Option:

1. While bookmarking documents in Sorted Lite or Sorted Pro; users will get below options:

·        Tag & Save a document: This option will save the document in DMS of line item and documents will also appear on the line item of statement of financial position and operating statement.

·        Save Only a document: This option will only save the document in DMS of line item but not tag it and hence the document will not appear on the line items of financial position or operating statement. Click here to more about this release in detail.

Option to Roll Forward Documents to next year:

1. Roll Forward option is made available for Sorted Lite and Sorted Pro users. Using this option users can roll forward any document to next year’s job on the same line items on which it has been tagged. Click here to more about this release in detail.

Few Other Updates:

1. On Hold job stage has been introduced for all Sorted users. If an auditor puts a job on hold then accountant can view it from the user dashboard or by filtering it from Submitted to Auditor’s page.
2. Submitted stage has been brought to the first place for Sorted Basic users to match with the audit job flow.
   
3. Few other bugs and fixes have been addressed.
