Updating your Company Details in Cloudoffis- Auditomation

Change Request Form

To update any of the details listed below, please fill out a Change Request Form

1. Company Name

2. ABN

3. Business name in the accounting software

4. Business code in the accounting software

Fill the attached Change Request Form and send it to support@cloudoffis.com.au from your company admin email address 

The Change Request Form is required to be sent from the Current Company Admin's email address for the changes to take effect

If the Current Business Admin email address has been deactivated (Staff left) then one of the directors of the firm is required to sign the document and send it via their email address for the change to take effect.
