SMSF Sorted Release 1.2

SMSF Sorted Release 1.2

Release 1.2

This release includes phase 1 of improvements made within our DMS page, designed to add usability for locating funds and documents within the selected funds. We will continue to add filters, sort and further options within this page in our next releases.

DMS Enhancements

Phase 1 provides a new look DMS page

Locate Desired Fund

We have added filters for Business and Fund name removing the need to scroll and locate.

Searching for Documents at Fund Level

We have added the ability to search for the name of a document and present the results in a list view to cater for multiple results. We have also partially released the ability to search within documents in conjunction with this new feature, this will be further enhanced very soon.

Currently if a document is located due to the search term being included in the document name, selecting the document will direct you to our organise documents view with all results and a pre filled search term. Once a document is opened the doc will open to the actual page where the search term is found. If the search term does not exist within any document name we will not present any results enabling the redirection to the organise documents view but we will be adding a feature to perform this.

Initial View

View after performing search

Searching for Documents at Global Level

We have also included the ability to search at a global level to locate documents (document name only)

Results will appear in list view inclusive of relevant fund and year data;

Additional Documents Folder added

There may be times where you would like to keep a document on file for the fund but not actually reference it to a particular area, this may be valid for documents received monthly but you would prefer to bookmark the quarterly or EOY document to the lead schedule item. In this instance you can bookmark documents to the Additional Documents Folder from the DMS page.

Doing so will not associate the document with a line item or section but will include the document in the PDF Summary file which can be sent to non Cloudoffis auditors and will be included in the documents folder for auditors using the Cloudoffis Audit portal (subscribed or complimentary versions)

Lead Schedule Search Enhancements

In addition to the search enhancements included in Release 1.1.2 we have also updated our logic to make it more intuitive. Now when searching for amounts or quantities our search will be more intuitive and locate the appropriate value regardless of the format.

Decimal Place

100.00 = 100.00 or 100.0 or 100 or 100.000 or 100.0000

Currency Symbol

$100 = $100 or 100 or -$100 or -100

Negative Values

-100 = -100 or 100 or (100) or -$100 or $100 or ($100)

This will increase efficiency when searching for amounts as we will not only locate the document we will also remove the decimal to ensure you will be navigated directly to where the amount exists within the PDF document. This will prove time saving when searching for holdings quantities as all values include decimals but the most common statement format includes no decimals;

Search Example

Searching 500.00

Will search for and locate documents with all decimal place, currency and negative combinations but will default and search for the most common (500) by default.
